“Star Wars Yoga, the Force & You” with Cary Bayer
“May the Force be with you,” we’re told in George Lucas’s Star Wars saga. In this talk, “Star Wars” Yoga, the Force, and You author Cary Bayer helps you align your consciousness with the Force that underlies your life and pervades all things. The former teacher of Transcendental Meditation and founder of Higher Self Healing Meditation also offers an in-class experience of effortless meditation in which the Force directs the process. The talk explains the power of commitment, and shows how to retrain your consciousness and speech to put you in the flow of the Force and have the power of the Universe behind your thoughts and actions. Lastly, it articulates some of the latent superhuman abilities that Yoda taught Luke Skywalker.

Sandy Koi was introduced to the esoteric sciences as a teenager, has degrees in Fine Art, Environmental Science & Biology, a Master’s in Entomology and is currently a doctoral candidate in Ecology. Introduced to yoga and meditation by Jain Master Gurudev Chitrabhanu in 1977, she was initiated in 1983. A student of Jungian psychology for fifty years, she is a Reiki master, and a certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor. There are “right-brained” and “left-brained” sciences, and Sandy considers herself a “post-materialist” scientist, open to both modalities. As Rumi said, “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.”
